Enquiry & quote
Send artwork, a reference sock, or a rough idea. Tell us quantity, target price and delivery market. You receive an itemized quote within 48 hours — yarn, knitting, trims, packaging, freight options.
Tech pack & knit design
Our pattern team converts your artwork into a knit-ready file: colorway map, size specs, construction details. You approve a digital mock-up before any yarn moves.
Sampling
Physical pre-production samples in 7–10 days, shipped by express with a spec sheet. Free revisions until you sign off — sample fee refunded on bulk order.
Bulk production
15–25 days depending on quantity. Inline inspection at knitting, linking and boarding. You receive weekly photo/video progress reports on your order.
QC & testing
AQL 2.5 final inspection with photo report. In-house lab tests colorfastness, shrinkage, pilling and (for compression) mmHg pressure. Third-party SGS / Intertek testing on request.
Shipping & after-sales
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, CIF, or DDP to your warehouse. CO, Form E and market-specific documents prepared by our documentation team. Free replacement for any QC-confirmed defect.

Yarn & material
Combed / mercerized / organic cotton, bamboo, modal, merino (RWS), wicking poly, recycled GRS. Pantone dyeing with ±0.8 ΔE tolerance.
Knitting & gauge
84N–200N machines: chunky cable knits to fine dress gauge. Terry cushioning, arch bands, mesh zones, hand-linked toes.
Logo techniques
Jacquard knitting, sublimation print, embroidery, silicone print, woven labels. Logos that survive fifty washes.
Packaging & labels
Polybags, printed bands, hangtags, header cards, gift boxes, barcode management, multi-language inserts (including Arabic).
